Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Our garments are produced in limited quantities with exceptional care. As such, we operate a strict return protocol:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be requested through our return portal prior to dispatching your return.

  • Garments must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Returned in original packaging with all labels and tags affixed

  • Returns received outside the 7-day return window post-approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Pre-orders or made-to-order pieces

  • Garments that show signs of wear, fragrance, damage, or alteration

2. Refunds & Credit

We do not issue cash refunds except where legally required (e.g., faulty goods).
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit valid for 6 months, redeemable exclusively at Empty Space Clothing.

Faulty items (as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Faults must be reported within 30 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.

3. Return Shipping

Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend insured and trackable services—we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Unauthorised returns or those lacking an RAN will be declined and returned to sender.

4. Exchanges

Due to the scarcity of each release, we do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item for store credit and place a new order as desired.

5. Order Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To cancel, please email info@emptyspaceclothing.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Garments must then be returned in compliance with Section 1.
We reserve the right to reduce any refund in proportion to diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.

6. Final Discretion

All returns are subject to final inspection.
We reserve the right to decline any return not meeting our standards.
Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion; our decision is final.

Every piece is issued in confidence. We appreciate your understanding and alignment with the standards that define Empty Space Clothing.
