Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
For hygiene reasons, certain products may be excluded from returns where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
This allows us to process your request more quickly and ensures product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect items
We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
